Starter Training Package
The starter training will give guidance on how to set up your toxicology account(s)( (Quest and/or CRL), this account will come with your customized CCF forms, Cups, air-bill, major supplies needed to start DOT drug test.
Session 1: We will talk about drug testing accounts and setting up with lab such as Quest or CRL to set up DOT and NON-DOT lab accounts. This account will give you access to CCF forms both federal & non-federal, and supplies such as cups to enable you to start testing your clients
DNA training, account set up, and collection (Reseller & collection account)
Session 2: I will go over the DNA collection demonstration as well as discuss account setup both as a reseller and collection account. We will talk about invasive DNA collection and blood drawing for DNA Testing and examination requirements for the major vendor.
TPA/clearinghouse Contracts (great for brick and mortar)
Session 3: I will go over the TPA contact look alike as well as discuss pricing and collection fee. I will also discuss the contract set up with TPA, this is lucrative for brick-and-mortar also known as traditional lab-based. Drug screen collection is also available for mobile lab operators, we will go over the account collection setup
Lab draws / Clinical (Phlebotomy) collection account setup
Session 4: I will go over the account setup and requirements to meet vendor expectations. Mobile lab draw account set up establishments as well as access to PSCs database.
Covid testing collection accounts
Session 5: I will go over the details required to set up a covid testing service. Account set up for monthly payments and collection services for PCR Covid-19
Consent form, intake forms, and marketing referral letter (bonus kit)
At the end of the course student will receive consent and intake forms customizable to their business as well as marketing referral letters to assist the student in doing cold email and/or calls marketing.
