• Understand knowledge on how to easily navigate USCIS website in sourcing for information and readily available tools

• Evidence based mechanisms in upselling and cross selling services tieing back in diagnostic lab set up
• Assis clients with additional medical related services when completing AOS (partnerships with medical doctors or completing a background check) using your preexisting services 
• Digitial marketing training as a tool to drive traffic
• Securing clients and evidential platforms/and activities to draw traffic or clientele
• Standard operation procedures
• Business template and start up forms 
• Role playing and script practices 
• Student will master all the process to prepare the document including filling fees, medicals and photo requirements, sub applications, obtaining evidence to back up application
• At the end, student will receive COC, a certificate of completion to demonstrate competencies in mastery of topics
